Good coffee will change your life

Most coffee you will come across is bad coffee.

Good coffee while harder to find, is obvious right away. It’s cleaner, more balanced, and actually tastes like something (not just "burnt coffee").

Ironically, most coffee shops fall into the first category. Even well known places with expensive machines will serve bad coffee. Sometimes they’re just not good at it.

In most cities there are a handful of places that consistently get this right but in smaller towns, there is maybe one if you’re lucky.

While cafes might have the most expensive gear, the best coffee you will ever had is made on a high end consumer setup with a quality grinder and fresh beans.

Find one good shop. Or learn to make it yourself. Either way, it’s worth it.
